Where this Work Comes From

I've developed this method building leadership teams within several iconic Minneapolis restaurants owned by local chefs and entrepreneurs, in venues ranging from 60 to 1000 seats, $1M-$18M annual revenue.


We weren’t just running restaurants—we were growing, evolving, and constantly navigating change.

I was leading other leaders, many with large teams of their own, while balancing:

  • The needs of the business
  • The expectations of our guests
  • The experience of our team


We used collaborative leadership and facilitation to align people, work through challenges, and move forward together.
